so he wants new challenges. Let him have it. To the OP, since you are still young and wants new adventure, grab it and go here. If time comes that you want to go another place, it's your choice and your decision. If you have explored Dubai that much and that you are now bored working there, yes, a change of environment will be a good decision! Who knows, a bright future awaits you here (money is not everything although to some, it is).

{laazey_4u} according to WikiPedia "A bachelor is a man above the age of majority who has never been married"

Not only quality of life, everything is better in Dubai than Doha. If you are bored there, you would be bored to death here.

Caution: If company provided accommodation in mentioned in contract, they will not give you allowance in exchange of accommodation. If you want Accommodation allowance rather than their provided accommodation, make sure that it is mentioned in your contract before you sign it.

7K for a bachelor, with 5 yrs engineering background is quite low.

If your current salary including all allowances is 8800/-

then this offer of 7000/- excluding allowances seems a level better than your previous one :)

New offer doesn't look at all exciting for your degrees and experience. Try to negotiate if possible.

Bachelor accommodation may mean one room in a multi-bedroom flat to shared room with someone. You will need to clarify that with company. Also with 7000Qr basic salary, it would not be possible for you to bring family in future.

Overall, I don't think new offer is worth a change. Qatar is boring place than Dubai. Think about that as well.

Doesn't look any better than your current job. Why would you think of changing job without significant change in anything? Cost of living here is almost same as in Dubai.
