CAN one expatriate open Commercial Registration with different Qatari Sponsors?

Hello QLC,
Many of you must be knowing that if an expatriate needs to do business in QATAR by opening a WLL company then by default 51% goes to Qatari & 49% is for expatriate.
Information i want to seek is;
say Company 'C' is owned by Expatriate 'A' & Qatari 'X', wherein Expatriate 'A' is sponsored by Company 'C' with Status of ADMIN DIRECTOR VISA.
1. Can Expatriate 'A'open another company with Qatari 'Y'(new qatari partner)?
2. Can Qatari 'X' have any legal objection to New Company?
This means Expatriate 'A' is doing 2 businesses & own 2 companies, one with QATARI X & another with QATARI Y.

If X is your sponsor, you will have its signature authority.Then you will not get the signature authority of second.because you are in its sponsorshiip.
Yes You can Open, but the the problem is you wont get the signature authority if you are not under his sponsorship.
The Answer is 'Yes' you can open as many companies you want with the same or different local sponsors. Incase of multiple sponsors,your current sponsor will not have any rights of claim in your new businesses.
You can open 'N' number of companies with 'N' number of local sponsor. No issues..
