I want to know regarding family visit visa for my wife. I got allready family visit visa but she went back my native country last month.Now again i want to bring back her on visit visa. Is it possible to apply family visit visa very next day after exiting Qatar ? I mean is there any period reqd before applying again for family visit visa for wife ?

It should be after 3 months. but can give it a try.

if you mean the six months visit visa, you need to wait for 3 months for your next re-application!
