my collegues inform me about the salary increase so I browse the intranet now..I'm quite surprise really...:)

pinoy.simcard, i don't belong to frontliners either...eventually the cutest increment ever...=)
only all qataris and some of the staff receive this adjustment........not all staff received the adjustment, including me. and this adjustment is for yearly perfomance for every staff. but not all staff gets it.
beside the rumours before increasing for 15% for non clinical staf.....untill now its pending and they saud "we will discussed about this matter", but it turns out the matter i think already blown with the wind. and when all the clinical staff (such as nurse and doctor) already received in the first place
regarding hmc salary increase has been going on for as long as I can remember. lol! and now that it is out, everyone was not so amused...
But what is the corelation..increase in salary and getting replaced
that's what our secretary said, they were told to be thankful though there is no increase, because it is better than having them replaced by Qs

Intranet forum is still under construction and I think they will not activate it anymore. Intranet is our local portal. You may access it only inside our company and your pc should belong to our domain. Instead of typing http://www. just type intranet and it will give you a similar page but with easier access to email and pay slip.
Back to topic... For our dept, having no increase is better than continuing their plan of passing our service to contractors. If it will happen, they will put us in a hot seat. Just like what they did with clerks.
intranet forum had been closed long time, dont know if they have restored it... i guess not... anyway, i heard Qs were getting high increase in our dept, and only them :(
Greentea that's for selected staffs only. Chinx_lady maybe belongs to the frontliner staffs.
I'm surprised that we are discussing even this topic now here in QL.

3% is still a raise isnt it?
Expectations were of getting a 15% rise....but its just 3-5%.
some of my friends were in high hopes of some increments but it is not up to their expectations i belive very disappointed %
