hi there...as per what i have read Qatar Labor Law....expiration of your contract, you can choose if you want to renew it, if not you can provide your company a new offer letter from another company and they can release you right away....thats what's stated in the labor law.. but I think its not being practiced....
U can ask your company if they will release you..Coz its still their decision...but as per the law...you can ask for release after the expiration of your contract.
