Hai,Is there any law regarding the employee has the right to get the NOC/RELEASE from the current sponser,If he Hired locally from Qatar ?

hi there...as per what i have read Qatar Labor Law....expiration of your contract, you can choose if you want to renew it, if not you can provide your company a new offer letter from another company and they can release you right away....thats what's stated in the labor law.. but I think its not being practiced....

U can ask your company if they will release you..Coz its still their decision...but as per the law...you can ask for release after the expiration of your contract.

No such law...its completely at the employer's policy whether to issue NOC or not.
