Me and my wife would like to bring my wife's 15 year old sister here for one year to study in school here. Anyone any idea on how this can be done so we can get things started in preparation for Sept 2010..

very limited. You will not be able to bring her here on student visa IMO. I have been trying to get someone on student visa from any country too but didn't work. If someone knows otherwise,I would be glad to know.
