Dear all

before i worked in company for 5 years and got the realese, and I change my sponsorship to my current company before 2 years ago.. i found a better offer then my current company. now my current company is refusing to issue realese letter.
please advice me if i am eligible for release hence i was recruited locally???
is there any thing i could do get the release legally?

in my case they are not paying me any housing allowance hence i was recurited locally. as well as they are deducting my salary from the commision. thats the reason i found another job. please advice...

Dear ... without your current sponsor approval you never can change your sponsorship, so its better for you to solve this issue peacefully with him.

Not obligatory to give you release. If you politely and nicely request for a release, probably otherwise no one can help you and do the current job more cautiousely.
