I am an employee working in qatar.My company has a local sponsor who has helped to give me Residential permit.

Now both my company and sponsor has forcefully renewed Residential permit . i am not willing to work in this country.
What is the best way to move out.

Should i go to my land and do not come back in this case can my sponsor have any right to take legal action against me.

Will there be any issue in future working abroad( not in qatar) if my qatar

Residential permit is not cancelled

Pls provide me the answers !!!
