buying used car
I'm looking at buying a used car via private sale (ie. Not from a dealer) and intend to pay cash for it.
In Qatar, is there a way to determine whether the seller's car has an existing lien on it from a bank.
I wouldn't want to buy a used car and realize that the sellers bank wants to repossess it from the seller if they didn't settle the loan... I know this is highly unlikely, but would appreciate any guidance you all can give me on this.
Simple : Check the Istamara card, bank details are clearly mentioned, otherwise take it to Maroor and ask.
Beside this, always take the car to Computer testing is like an Xray of the car.
