Hi friends,
I came to Qatar on Work visa 2 years ago.Before I get RP my Sponsor gave me release letter.Then I changed to another company and got RP under this company.Now i have completed my 2 years Contract in this company.My Question is While I m locally hired, Is it possible to get NOC.

Local hire or expat does not entitles you for a NOC. Nor the company has the obbligation to give you NOC.

Try in talking to them and maybe you will get it.

It really depends on your current employer/sponsor.

Usually, they will tell you at the start of your employment if they (company) give release or not. Even if you're local -hired or not, it's the company's decision so better ask your HR person. :(
