two (2) NOC?

hi, I just want to ask, if 2 noc is needed for this situation......

I had RP cancelled.Now I will come in doha under HOTEL VISA, My previous emplyer gave me a general noc, I submitted that to the hotel.The hotel required NOC even I am going under tourist only, I gave them my NOC, now my question is this, If I will be transferred to another company, to which I will take my NOC, from hotel visa or from previuos sponsor? Or shall I give two. one from hotel and one from previous sponsor? please help, Im confused. Before coiming under tourist No NOC required, Now they need NOC.

I guess you are planning to come under hotel visa "As tourist visa". In that case, they cannot issue NOC. So, your RP cancelled by previous sponsor. His NOC is the one valid. Wish you all the best.
