I already have my NOC with me and I am confused ...

1. If I will go for visit visa under Hotel visa? what if I find work and I already used my NOC because hotel is asking for NOC. Is the hotel will be the one to give me release or again I need to get NOC from my previous employer?

2. If I go for working visa..Because in the Phils. you need to stamped your visa on the Passport and here they are asking for to many documents like JOB offer, contract and agency.
I was locally hired before and now I was asked by new employer to come on working visa and I told them I need to have medical here and submit important documents but my new company told me no need to go for medical and all those documents, they will just issue visa to me and they told me get visa then go to DOHA.

Please help me what to do because I am very confused regarding the law in QATAR and also the procedure here in the Philippines. Thanks in advance to all those who will give help..

ask your employer to provide you a visit or business visa for the mean time so that you can go here. tell the immigration at the philippines that your purpose of travel is just a visit so that they will not ask for OEC, contract, etc. when you arrived here, your company will take care of the transfer of your visit visa into working visa, and thats the time they will ask for your NOC. otherwise, tell your employer to provide a contract for you, go to POEA and get an OEC attend PDOS and get medical certificate. goodluck...
