HI, IM ASKING QUESTIONS IN BEHALF OF MY FRIEND WHO DOESNT HAVE ACCOUNT FOR QL. BUT SHE WILL DEFINITELY REGISTER HER ACCOUNT VERY SOON.

MY FRIEND IS WORKING AS A SECRETARY, PRIVATE. AND NOT BY COMPANY. IS THERE ANY POSSIBILITY FOR HER TO TRANSFER TO A COMPANY VISA FOR EXAMPLE SHE GOT HIRED FOR THE REASON THAT HER WORK CONTRACT IS ABOUT TO FINISH?

usually private sponsorship it's possible to be transfered to a company sopnsorship except if she is not under a family sponsorship (father, brother, husband ... etc).

other than the mentioned cases then she have to got exceptional approval from the Immigration Dept.

If her sponsor give her an NOC then i suppose she can work for other company.

Can transfer but if the company dont have same job holder in there compnay & if thay have approval for female visa
