American family seeks housemaid

We are in need of a live-in housemaid for our family. We have three children ages 5, 3, and 1. My wife stays with the children most of the time, so the primary duty will be housekeeping. There will be times when we will need the housemaid to watch the children. A good candidate must have good housekeeping and personal references, be good with children, and able to communicate well in English. Candidates must be able to transfer their sponsorship to me -- no agencies or companies, please.
