Need a Visa for my cousins

My cousins want to stop over in Qatar for 2 days on their way (they dont qualify for Visa on arrival). I cant sponsor them as they are not immediate family. Wll appreciate if someone can guide me on the cheapest Hotel that can issue me a HOTEL VISA for their 48 hr stay. Unless there is any other option that you can recommend.
