In search of Cooking Classes
yeah yeah I know there are other forums just like this, but none of them have answered the question!!!
Please, if anyone has info, let me know. Also, I am not looking for those hotel courses. Prefferably a proffessional who offers classes for small groups. Thanks in advance..and yes, I am desperate, as my kids dont really enjoy my cooking..lols

Is there a group of you and your friends who want to learn the basics of cooking? I am british and have trained in the UK to be a food Technology teacher (home economics teacher) and I love to cook, love to feed my kids home cooked food. I remind myself cooking is never a honed skill and every week I learn something new (espeically here in Doha I learn something every hour about cooking!) Its about experimenting, trying and testing. Keeping positive about what you do create and know there will be another meal to cook in at least 6 hours time so I can only improve!!
