Suggestion

Dear All,

i am working in a Private Company in DOHA QATAR -
and i am under house Driver Visa but my sponsor and and company sponsor is same.

now my problem is i resigned my job on 17th Feb. by SMS
as he was not accepting the written paper.

after the my company asked me to stay till a new replacement comes and now the new replacement came and still they are not allowing me to go.

and its very important for me to go to Home country immediately.

now i have been working in this company for 3 years.
and i came back from vacation 6 months back.

my Question is if i go to labor court will i get my service money.

please reply to me exactly what shall i do and where shall i go.
i am telling you again that its very important me to go to Home country but the same time i need money also.

Please help me out with your valuable suggestions
