Where can I find an agency for live-out maids/nannies?

I am new to Doha (about 6 months) and have already been through the headache of sponsoring a live-in - which turned out to be a disaster. We decided that we just want a consistent person to clean for us and occasionnally babysit our daughter.

Are there any agencies that provide this service? I am in desperate need - if I do not find someone soon I will probably have to quit and move back home
