Whats this Drupal problem? Anybody there experiencing the same? Your recommended solution please
Hi, has anybody encountered this Drupal. It keeps on popping up on my PC after around 30 minutes of browing QL. After that, I cannot access anymore. I have to transfer to new PC or just wait the next day or 2 to have an access with QL...
Heres the Exact Message/Notification:

If you have already finished installing Drupal, this either means that the username and password information in your settings.php file is incorrect or that we can't connect to the MySQL database server. This could mean your hosting provider's database server is down.

Currently, the username is qlwebuser and the database server is 10.0.0.3.
Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
Are you sure that the database server is running?

For what it is worth....
Rereading the error message it appears that the database on the QL server had died and wasn't responding to connection attempts. Certainly nothing you as a user of the site can do anything about.

Its not a problem with your computer. You do not need to do anything.
It is an issue with the Qatarliving webserver system. You just have to wait until it goes away.
There is another error you will sometimes see which says your IP address is banned. In every case I've seen it the IP address is completely unrelated to the one I have (or anything in Qatar).
Finally there is a third error I've seen which says the site is unable to connect to the database. In this case it is running out of database connection resources.
There is nothing you as a viewer of the site can do to fix these errors. Its up to the site administrators to ensure that the site is properly configured with adequate capacity.

Khattak- thats a good point towards QL and should be treated as constructive. Let's see...who knows...they might listen or just block you...joke.Peace man. TY
If ever hacked, LOLZ just a waste of their time. Pity them buddy.
Anyway, based on your diagnosis ha ha. Should I just change password or create a new account??
