QAPCO Interview

Guys, Last March 17, 2010 I went for a JOB FAIR they held in Expo all the government company and semi are there, I submitted my CV in a several companies though they prefer to hire a Qatari nationality but I had a chance to get an interview in QAPCO Company they offer me a job for Material Coordinator. After my interview the interviewer said that their HR will call me for another interview. my question is how many percentage of getting a call from QAPCO HR. and whoever is working in QAPCO can you please give me an idea what are their procedure. And how long do I need to wait. And the salary package for Material Controller.
