Leaving Doha
By macgyver426 •
*****I'm leaving Doha for good on April 12. My working visa will expire on March 19. My employer did not renew my visa because I will be leaving next month. Will I have any problems at the Doha Immigration?
*****Am planning to visit Dubai for 3days before flying back to my home country. I was advised by a friend that I won't be able to secure a visa upon arrival even I'm an engineer because my Doha visa is set to expire. Are there hotels and/or travel agencies that can provide me a 3-day visa without checking-in at their hotels?
either you or your company will have a problem with immigration. Either you go on or before 19th March or pay penalty for overstaying (per day charges, don't know the amount, maybe 10 QAR/day, not sure). You may also be blacklisted, posssibly and can not return even after two years. Clear everything with your company! Good luck on your future endevours!

i did inquire with emirates airlines. transit visa requires me to check-in with the airline's accredited hotel which i don't have to because i'm going to stay at a friend's house. i just need a 3-day visa without the hassles of checking-in at any of the hotels. is it possible?

try a transit visa with Emirates. or check Air Arabia
