NOC against transferable Visa?

I joined one Private Construction Company with a transferable visa.
Now my company is terminating me due to lack of projects.
My question is Am I eligible to get NOC from my present company ?
If my compnay not providing me NOC, What shall I do?
Anybody can help me to come out from this problem?
Expecting your valuable advice in this regard.

If company doesnt have any project, will provide you NOC, sure. Please request them. Wishing you good luck.
