Hi guyz, I have one friend and his situation is like this, any inputs would be a big help, thanks.
My friend bought his working visa Last year on april 2009.
Suddenly, They Cancelled her Visa on December 2009, So he needs to exit qatar. He left qatar 7/02/2010,The question is, The mandoub where he bought his visa promised to her that He comeback doha after a week.and now its already one month.Every week the egyptian mandoub tells her new reason why visa is not yet ready.My friend keeps on waiting.We are just confused, YOU think guyz, these manduop played on him???? if he played pn him, Why did he swear in the name of GOD???? He also answers the phone WHEN MY FRIEND CALLS FROM THE PHILIPPINES.If he played on him, my friend is in the philippines and no way to enter qatar then why dont he tell straight to my friend thAT HEY buddy, I CANNOT process your visa.wHAT DO YOU THINK??? IS HE PLAYING OR NOT??? iS SWEARING BY THE NAME OF GOD BE EASY FOR HIM NOT KEEP HIS PROMISE?? He tells my frend the reason is that The company has some problems with the government. But why its too long to fix the problem from the govt/? please help we are confused. I want to help my friend

if no iqama was issued and here visa was cancelled she can come on any type of visa

second let say that she had iqama she will not be able to enter only afater 2 years or she had NOC
but she can come as tourist visa or business man visa
My friend is a female. Can she come back on tourist,visit or business visa and should we need NOC for that. Her Mandoub told her that he still waiting for the CID to delete her name on the computer and what is that?and her mondoub told her that if name deleted on the computer, can get NOC and can go back doha. And also the mandoub told her that the company is closed thats why the mondoub is waiting for the clearing paper. Can you help me assess on this one, please..Your help are highly appreciated..
If your friend did not obtain RP iqama in qatar only visa then (she - he ) left on the promise that the mandub will issue a new one yes he- she can come back any time on another visa
regarding the mandub is lair or not this depend on the mandub him self
and selling visa is illegal in Qatar so your friend take a big risk
Without NOC from the previous employer it is not possible for your friend to come back to qatar now , he can enter qatar after 2 yrs only. Just tell ur friend the guy is fooling him.

if your friend is out of qatar, your friend needs to wait two years to c0me back here. but if your friend has noc from previous employer, your friend can come back anytime.
dont trust your mandoub. buying visa is illegal in qatar.
You say your friend "bought" his visa? That's the problem. The person who sells visas is selling them illegally so I'm not sure why you would expect honesty from someone who engages in human trafficking.

first u said he then u said her, if it's her, then mandoob probably screwed her when he premised to get her the visa. now he banged her, so he will not get her the visa
