Urgent reply please

Hi All

My wife has an ofer right now which she had signed,and processed CID + Medical.The company haven't yet replied regarding the contact.After enquiring from they HR it seems they are just waiting for sometime before sending to labour dept.
she now has another offer from another company offering better(excellent grade + salary)
The question can she just go for the other company.?
what about the CID and medical.?

I have the same comment as the earlier person- but not sure id she has to repeat the medical. As the CID report contains the name of the employer she has to repeat that for sure. Trust this helps.

Cancel the first contract and go for the second one.Just call to inform them about your decision .

If she did not sign the contract, she is free to go anywhere she wants.

she has to repeat the CID + medical for the new company.
