guarantor of loan

Dear all please advice me. I am a guarantor of loan to one of my colleague. And that guy got terminated by the company due to some issue and sent back home immediately. Now I am in big problem because bank started deduction his installment from my salary. now I don’t know what should I do. This guy did not run away from the country, he has been sent by the company . please help me by your good advice.
aaaahh,, they should allow guarantors anymore.
Contact your colleague and ask him to transfer the deducted amount on a monthly basis if he cannot pay it all at once.

It happens not only to you, a lot of people have come into trouble by helping others.
That is why, when someone approach me for financial assistance,
I will say to myself
"better become enemy in the beginning".
Anyway, if he is really a true friend, he must communicate with you and make arrangement on how he can repay you back.
im back..........blame your boss why he terminates your colleague...and ask for compensation...and if he will not give you ask for a cancellation of visa ....
Perhaps you can hope your friend sends you what he owes so you can continue to pay what you legally contracted to.
