Computer & Email related question
Could anybody please help me to sort out the following.
Whenever I compose a mail (hotmail)and type any letter in the address or cc or bcc section there automatically all the names appear starting from that particular letter in a drop box. There are some email ids that I have not saved in my contact list but they still appear in the drop box. My question is how to delete those email addresses that are not saved in my contact list? I tried all the possible ways to get rid of them, but in vain.
Your help is highly appreciated and thanks in advance.
Delete all the temporary internet files and cache from your computer...go to tools and delete it from there...Good luck
Guys, I tried everything but did not succeed. I know all the ids are saved in the browsing history. I deleted the browsing history but still the same problem. It's really strange rather I should ssay wierd. If anybody has any clue about this problem please do let me know.

if you think:
there are 2 reasons those names appear
a. Your PC or better web browser has saved them
b. yahoo has saved them
so it is not only yahoo that saves every email address you ever had or mailed or cc or bcc to. your web browser saves too..
a. export all address and clear, make sure yahoo contact is empty. after import a clean address book
b. depending on your browser there are several options. one way is type a in the address field and hit delete till all address that appear are deleted, continue with b hit del button again and so on..

Well, buddy, jokes apart, actually what happened is that I sent a mail to the wrong person and it was some official document which I was not supposed to share with anybody else till it was confirmed. Now I realized that when you are in a hurry you are bound to make mistakes. Frankly speaking, I can't afford such blunders in future anymore, so that's the reason I want to get rid of useless email ids.
when you open hotmail you could see the following
Home Profile People Mail Photos More ▼Calendar
click on the People button so you can view all the contact, there you can do the necessary.

I think ur email acc has been hacked, change ur P/W and then contact hotmail help
