Doha better not be copying or idealising dubai. Dubai is a country that did not foster controlled growth of economy, and had unplanned limitless thoguht processes in place. Doha should not make the same mistake that Dubai made. Gradual , controlled growth is the key to sustainable economy and development.

What Doha can do is hopefully learn from Dubai's mistakes... wrt trade, commerce, business dealings related to property & residency.
