A little bit of advice here
we are relocating in our new house. and i don't know what i am going to do with our landline and internet connection. what is the procedure in transferring our account from our old house to new one. is there anything like a changing location form to be filled up and submit to QTEL.please if any one can give an advice what to do will be appreciated. thanks QL friends
Go to Qtel and submit a request for line shifting. They will do it after 1 week. Electricity meter number and new house number required. They will charge you 200QR for shifting. Good luck!
