Generally, what does a job offer letter should out line? I would like to know if it should have all the agreement details and is it normal if an offer letter only mentions the salary and the contract period?

it should contain all details as for the job.like
start date, period
salary, allowancses
other benifts, like hosuing, transport
medical, travel expenses
working hours, off days holiday
with thier authrise siganture with company stamp, if not its not valid

Ideally it should cover all conditions of employment including sallary, vacation,allowances, mobilization/demobilization etc.
Should also include any preconditions such as probation periods, subjection to medical exams and others.
