Where to find good vacuums?
Does anyone know where you can buy a good vacuum cleaner here? All I ever see is those wimpy canister vacuums that don't even have a brush roll. I want one thats powerfull enough to at least pick of hair and all the other gunk thats embedded deep down. Do they sell brands like Electrolux or Oreck here? If they don't sell them here do you know where I can buy one online that will work here?

yeah...Electrolux is from Mannai. They have upright ones....ofcourse with the brush roll. Available from light use to very powerful (industrial use)
Dyson... can't beat it. I have had mine for about 7 years and it still as it was when I bought it.
A friend said you can find them at the Center.

best is to go to Mannai...they have good ones...and more importantly they have good and reasonably priced after-sales service (unlike most other places in Qatar where if the product has even a small problem you will most probably have to chuck it out and buy a new one).
We bought LG and its working good for 3 years, got it from Carrefor.
