i want to resign my job and go back to my home land.
as there is some family problem
i am working here for 3 years 2 months
i want to resign the job what is the formalities may i know please

You have to inform your employer that you want to leave. Give him enough time (1 month) to find a replacement. Thats all. Good luck!
