How much is his expecting salary? Sponsorship change is possible or not? or get 6months release? what type of driving job he is expecting? heavy or light? can he work under pressurised enviornment? our company looking for drivers.

academicaly qualified drivers can get chances for promotion -like foreman/supervisor of transporting section.(if the company is satisfied with his work, behaviour etc.)
