paypal in Qatar? dose it work? and how to use it?
So i joined paypal and i already know how to get the code and such when i added the code to lift my limit of 1$ it wouldn't! i think i made a mistake ? anyways it was along time ago.
so
i heard when people join paypal they charge 1.34$ or something like that to you're bank and you get a text. that never happened to me.
so do you guys have a paypal account?
how do you use it?
how did you join?
and dose it work in Qatar?
please help D;
p.S: i only need to use it to SHOP online.
Is there any way to receive money paid to me thru paypal if i'm here in qatar? Does it work both ways, i mean sending and receiving money when we are here residing in Qatar?

U r done with registration now login to your paypal account verify your credit card , once finished u r good to go . start online shopping on website like ebay & make ur payment via paypal!
P.S you will receive the 4 digit pin via SMS provided ur bank has SMS service
Check you bank account statement for the credit card. you will find the 4 digit no. there.
