How to Advertise in Qatar Living Home Page?

Hi.. Is there anybody knows the contact details of Qatar Living itself?

Our company wants to post our advertisement or our company name/logo in the Qatar Living Homepage like for example the "KUMON" link that you can see now on this page that once you click will lead you to their webpage.

We actually wants to do the same. So, is there anyone knows how to do this and how to contact Qatar Living Office? Please help.
