Free Service @ Nokia Care
Guys, visited Nokia Care today to get my phone serviced, the staff gave me a surprise that Nokia is offering a free service starting today. I went back in the evening to collect my serviced phone without paying a penny.. Free of cost!! They also gave my phone's quality report. I dont know how many days this offer is on.. Any one else who experieced this????
Is anyone aware about old model which of course is way beyond the last day of warranty is serviced for free??

Thay have replaced my full cover just for Qar.330 and they dis software upgrade and cleaning free
Thay are offering many attractive prices for the all old phones.

I did walk into their service center, one behind KFC in Al Sadd. They do a free software upgrade and a check up...it took them around 30 mins. Worth the wait. Thanks for the info QL.
Guys, I just read the details of the sheet that they handed over to me.. Its all technical language... I'm relaxed that my phone is fixed & assured about the quality as well.. I believe Nokia will be much appreciated if they take such steps to help Qatar mass in future also..
i got information from call center CGC that all cervices branches... Al Sadd & Al Najadah & Al Mirqab & City Center & LuLu A Gharafa and Air Port.
it is so nice service i went today by my mobiles and i will get it back tomorrow.
price it is too cheap to gets my phone as new.
i hop that give you more information when i receive my phones back.
All the service is free,but they might charge you if you will have to change any parts which is very minimal...
I got my display changed for 20 Riyals!!

I visited the one at City Center...The main center is in Al Mergab Street...

I just got my phones serviced for free from Nokia care at City Center......I also got a report on the peformance of my phone...

@Vikas - Don't know much bout market share...but, this step of Nokia is a mass benifit, for sure...I liked Nokia's service
@Cherished - I didnt carry my bill when I submitted my phone today.. So, I dont think it is required..I got my phone done at Al Nasser..4910666 is their number
yes..Nokia is offering free service for all the Nokia Models even though it is not under warranty....
I am planning a visit very soon....
may i know the location of nokia care. and do we need to produce the bill. actually two of my fone isnt working properly.

They have to offer more as iphone and blackberry are eationg up good share and will do more in future.
