Need your advice, I am working with one company in senior position for a last four months without resident permit and without salary. Medical & finger print over 3 months back. Now I got another good offer in qatar it self.

Anybody could advice, can I join with new employer without NOC?. or If NOC refusal!! What to do next?.

If I will go back to India, shall I come back immediately without NOC.

without NOC, you will not get new visa by staying here... Better for you, go to home and then apply for a new visa..
