Can be Transfer the Visa before stamping in Passport???

Dear All,
I came in qatar now 4 months , my sponsor provide me his company visa and my finger print & medical al ready finshed till now they did not stamp this visa in my passport? Question if any possibility to change this same visa to another company before stamping in passport please advice me

I am also having the same doubt regarding the transfer of visa before stamping.My current sponsor is ready to give the noc,but the problem is the company where i got the job now has no indian visa.Can you guys give me solution for this.?

You cannot just go and transfer your Sponsorhip to another Company/Person without the No Objection Certificate from your present Sponsor even if your RP is not stamped.
salah, can he change to second sponsor, even if the first sponsor does not give permission ?
yes, provided the other company has a valid visa approval for ur nationality, cost QR. 300.0
once u transfer the visa, medical and finger prints can also be transfered without having to do them again.
