last Nov 28 2007 i work in one of the company in Doha Qatar as site coordinator and end my contract last Nov.28 2008,the company extend me until February 21,2009 and give me re entry visa til 2009 of December,after my vacation i decided not to come back to Qatar due to the companies problem which all employees did not receive their salaries on time.
do i have a chance to work again in qatar without NOC?
