Why people from QL doesn't care to extend and accept request to add though they knew that they have a notification? Yet they just ignore it? why? . . .

Any Qler has a right to accept or deny your request.
sometimes, it depends on gut feeling...people doesn't accept us because they simply don't feel like it...and the best way is simply to ignore...so, better luck next time...
You never know who you are dealing with in the net. Most of the people will be carefully choose their friends. That' simple.
