as what you've said...you felt positive...would it matter then how long you would wait? why not apply to other companies while you wait? you might just be waiting for nothing from Qatar Airways anyways...
Actually it hav been just 2 weeks now,and i feel kinda positive... coz the interview was ended good!

It seems Qatar airways preparing a MASSIVE offer letter for you and it seems the facilities beside many other additional benefits,i guess that's why it took time b4 sending to you...!!!!
Dude...try to jump to grab or to search for another Opportunity, they had alredy sent you an official unheared ..SORRY.. as an answer.
You will straight away get offer letter and get a call from them to know about your joining date. All the very best!
they might never ask you for the second interview

Why don't you ask your employer the same question at the end of your first interview?
