Is the TV system in Qatar PAL or NTSC, and what is the voltage, 120 or 240?

most TV are PAL, but many multi system. v220 like most places :)

220V is for all electrical, so if you come from the US you can leave even your shaver at home..

if you bring any check on the unit itself if it can take our power. a lot of electronics are 110 - 240 V

TV System only matters for playing VHS tapes. Anyways, mostly it is PAL and 220\240 Volts.
