Diesel pump & injector callibration

Does anyone know any workshop where I can callibrate fuel pump and injectors for diesel engine other than the dealer and Bosch? I want this for vehicle inspection purpose, there is excessive black smoke and high exhaust emission values. The vehicle is Mitsubishi L200 pick up.

better to take it to dealer and fix it rather than taking rounds of mechanics and buy stuffs.
