Attestation of Kid's birth Certificate

Hi Pals
Does any body having a very clear idea on the below:
One of my kid who is born in Dubai is having her Birth Certificate attested by MOH and MOFA, UAE. For getting this birth certificate attested by MOFA,Qatar, what requires to be done? 'cause she is having an Indian Passport. Therefore, does this certificate needs to be attested by UAE Embassy in Qatar or Indian Embassy for getting MOFA,Qatar's attestation?

No mate.The corresponding embassies will only attest the documents issued from their respective country after getting attested from the Misistry of External affairs of that particular country. This particular document being issued by the authoraties in Dubai,they are the owners of this. Yes, the Qatar Indian embassy will attest this provided the MOEA, India attests this and they wont do it because this document doesn't belongs to india, but to UAE.

Very simple man. Just submit the birth certificate with the Indian Embassy here in Qatar and get it attested. And then if u want, you can attest the same from the Ministry of External Affairs - Qatar. You don't have to attest the certificate again from UAE Embassy here in Qatar.
