it depends entirely on the company that is hiring you, your skill, the quality of your experience, your qualification etc. etc. etc....
An IT Manager's salary can be anywhere between just 15000 QAR per month all inclusive for a private company up to 15000 USD per month for one of the government/semi-government companies...
but you are unlikely to become an IT Manager for a large company with 10 years of experience, so you are probably talking about one of the private companies...
so your package would be closer to the 15000-20000 QAR... (this does not include health insurance and child school fees)... this is the usual structure here...
