to all pinoys, what kind of cellphones are you using guys and also what kind of sim card? can I use Smart or globe tnx.

Btw, you have to present your Qatar I.D./Pataka when buying Sim card from Qtel. Im not sure with vodafone if the same requirement. Even in key duplication you need to present your I.D. lol. :D

i bought my QTEL sim for QR 200 back in 2007. Bought another one last year during a QTEL Promo for QR 50. Just use your Smart or Globe sim for Roaming. Expensive to send or reply to their messages back home. Better yet, if youre still in Manila, buy Smart Plug N' Talk USB Device with sim included from any Smart Wireless Centers for around Php 2k. 1 peso sms (per 160 chars) to all smart numbers and 2.50 to globe/sun. Php 6.50 to all Smart Postpaid and 7.50/minute to all smart prepaids and 8.50 to other networks. :D

don't know how much a Qtel sim costs now, it was QR 50 when i bought it before.. my Vodafone sim was free when i bought my new phone.. :)

I use my QTEL and Vodafone sim cards when I got tired of typing at YM :-)

I seldom use my roaming sim, it's tucked away somewhere... i got a Qtel and Vodafone sim..
