qtel problem...

I have applied for the ADSL Conection cpl of weeks ago n finaly 2 nepal guys (from qtel )came yesterday to my accommodation n install the router. but until now am not getting internet. then i call to to one of the nepal guy who came yesterday n he was telling some bullshit. then again I call to 115 . then they said that itz gonna be okay by next 48 hours. but am not sure about that either ... I dnt know whatz going on with them.. if they canot fix the line by next 48 hours am planing to tell them that i dnt need any more their service.. wht else i can do....
Do you have an IP address
Configure it manually you will surely succeed

when i switch it on apart from the power lights, wireless light is on.. thatz it.. network says `Local only`
They are not going to loose anything if you think to drop your plan...
I suggest you should visit their outlet at AL sadd or any outlet nearest to your place and make a complaint... they will surely look into..

is the router on? how many lights are blinking? check if the Broadband and Internet light is green. PM me the details
