Library in Qatar

Dear All,
I'm little sad not to find many libraries around here, rather no library (except QNL). I'd appreciate if someone let me know any such library in & around Muntajah area.
What about setting up shared libraries?? any comment.

PS1: I'm sad becauze, libraries and culture of reading are unique sign of livelines of any city/community. There are many, alike me, who ask address of library when in a new place.
PS2: Plz don't make it a 'battle zone" and No bashing to anyone.
