Salary of a Person with MBA(Marketing) Digree & 2-years work experience???

Salam / Hello
My cousin wana do job here in Doha. He is a MBA(Marketing) digree holder with 2-years job experience in his own country. He was asking with me about the basic salary with allowances of a person with this qualification & experience. Currently im not doing any job as im running my own small business so i have no idea about the answer of his question.
Well what u guys think ? what is the basic salary of a person here in doha with MBA(Marketing) digree with 2-years of work experience(in his country)

Other allowances include accomodation, food, car/petrol/transportation, laundry, yearly tickets etc. For higher levels, it includes House allowance, education allowance for kids etc...
