Visa on arrival to Kuwait and Bahrain

I have a Qatari RP
But my past sponsor was stupid enough to put my occupation as 'officer'
I have tried getting it changed and it is basically a 'no go'
My current job requires me to travel frequently to Kuwait and Bahrain in 2010, maybe once every week
Would I get a visa on arrival in those two countries?
If not, is there something like a multiple reentry visa?
I have companies who would be willing to provide documentation and stuff but I need to know if there is such an option available...

For Kuwait, be cautious, my RP Job title is also officer and they annoyed me there, although i lived there for 11 years.
If you are an Officer, they will let you in, but you have to be a university graduate, with proof, that is your graduation certificate authenticated by the Kuwaiti embassy. So do the necessary authenticities and take it with you. Also make sure your RP is 6 months prior to expiry, as well as your passpoft.Good luck.
