It's not possible to get a license w/o training since u do not have driver's license in your home country... u must take full course for that.
You can't get driving license without registering for at least 25 classes. That if you don't hold a driving license from another country .
Or you can get one from your country, so you can sign up directly for a Qatari Driving Test .
The Test will cost you QR50, and the Driving License will coast you QR250 for 5 years .

No way to get a license without classes. If you have a valid GCC license, yes. You can change it very easily. Go to any driving school. May be they are able to give you less classes, if you are good in driving. Good luck!
am not sure if your allowed to make the test if you dnt have a liscence from you country...
well noman,i got my driving license without the classes as i already had the pakistani driving license with me.i spent something around 300 riyals for it.and got it the very same day. Just went for the direct try an ALHAMDULILLAH passed..
